Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You purchased Gelatine Sculpt™ directly through our official order page
• Your refund request is submitted within 60 days from the date your order was delivered
• You contact our support team via email to initiate the process

We do not require you to return the product to receive a refund. You can keep the bottles — we trust our customers.

How to Request a Refund

Getting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong product was shipped or the item arrived damaged. In those cases, we will cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions

While our goal is to make every customer happy, the following situations are generally not eligible for a refund:

• Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after the delivery date
• Orders purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers
• Dissatisfaction due to failure to follow the recommended usage instructions
